Delivery and Returns


All orders received with Royal Mail 1st Class will be shipped within 1-2 working days.  Royal Mail 2nd Class will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

If you urgently require your item(s) please contact us before you place an order and we'll advise if the item can be shipped on Express Delivery.  We'll will try our best to ensure you get your hands on your order quickly.  Extra delivery costs may apply for this service. 

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. 


If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible (but definitely within 24hours) so we can ensure your items don't get packed and shipped. If your order is placed during a time when we are fulfilling orders, it may be dispatched much sooner than the timescales outlined on the delivery page. The sooner you can let us know the better. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow the returns process once you receive it if you wish to return the items to us.

We hope our products will always reach you in perfect condition, however, if your item gets damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible (with photographic evidence so we can investigate).  We will then arrange a replacement if possible. It's important to consider that, although we will package items well, we cannot guarantee the perfect condition of some of our confectionery products, such as bottle baking kits (they may get shaken up in transit) or our chocolate bars. We do not offer replacement/refund options for broken chocolate or shaken baking kits. They might not look as pretty upon delivery, but they will definitely still taste delicious!

Itsy Bitsy Gifts will offer refunds on items that are returned back to us in the same condition you received them.  Please note, returns postage is the responsibility of the customer and this cost will not be refunded.  We're a small business and postage costs do mount up.
