How do the gift boxes work

You can choose from one of our creatively curated, themed gift boxes for a set price. Just go to the Ready-made gift box page to select your favourite.


Or, if you prefer, you can simply pick and mix a selection from the All Products page, and add a note when placing your order to state these are for a gift box and we'll put it together for you.  Just add these to your basket, making it a perfectly bespoke gift.


We pack our products using as much eco-friendly packaging as possible. We have recently started to use rainbow eco-packing peanuts which are really cool. These may look different to some of the gift box images on our website.

Where do you get your stock?

We work with many small, independent businesses to bring you lovely products that you'll often not find elsewhere on the high street, making your gift quite unique. We sometimes buy from larger suppliers but only if we love the products and they fit in with our range and style. We only stock products that we love, and that bring a smile to us. We don't stock products for the sake of it... that's not our bag!

Where are you based and how many people do you employ?

We're a small, independent business based in Hartlepool, in the north east of England. At the time of writing this, we are a one-woman band but with loving support and the occasional help of family. We hope to expand as our business grows and one day open a bricks and mortar store (or two... but let's not get carried away!)

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary depending on your order value, weight and chosen delivery method.


Select the appropriate delivery method when placing your order. You can choose collect for free if you are local to Hartlepool! 


We currently only ship to UK addresses. If you are an international customer, contact us before placing an order to enquire about shipping options.

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be ready to ship in 1-2 working days and the delivery time will depend on which delivery method you choose at checkout. 

If you urgently require your order, please send us a message via the chat/email and we can advise if the item can be shipped out sooner. I will try my hardest to ensure you or your lucky recipient are able to get your hands on your items as quickly as possible. ☺️

What is your returns policy?

We really hope you love your items and never want to return them! 

If you do decide to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We can accept returns via tracked delivery and we'll aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. Because we are a small business, the costs associated with postage and secure packaging must be paid by the customer. For more info, see our returns policy at the bottom of this page.
